Introduction to the Runes - WORKSHOP - Pat Hall
Discover a different way of thinking as we explore the European roots of this practical and magical system. This introductory workshop will be a blend of knowledge sharing and experiential exercises introducing the Runes of Northern Europe. We will approach the Runes from a traditional standpoint, covering history, mythology, rune poems, sets, meanings, charms, and casting.

Somewhere just out of conscious reach of many European-Americans is a door to the world of their ancestors. The Runes embody the values and mysteries of a people. We will review their history, daily and religious uses and their place today in our modern world.

Introduction to Runic Divination And Magic - Pat Hall
Delve deeper into the heart of mystery as we explore the concept of magical systems, the two paths of Galdr and Seidr, and the Germanic concepts of time, fate, and the soul as it relates to shamanism, magic and divination. We will learn and practice several methods of Rune casting and the use of simple Rune charms.

Learn more about the vibrancy of the culture and faith of our European ancestors. We will cover religious observances, value systems, magical practices, concepts of soul and time as well as cultural traditions.

We’ll discuss ways to reconnect and ‘see’ the shaman’s worlds in this fast-paced technological whirlwind that is our world.

Spirit Canoe – A Shamanic Group Journey for Healing - WORKSHOP - Pat Hall
This is an experiential workshop that will teach you how to journey to meet your power animal. It culminates in a powerful group journey for healing that will change your thinking and your life. The spirit canoe is a technique used by the shamans of the indigenous peoples of the American northwest.
